Refund and Return Policy
Beyond the Page has a 30-day refund and a 90-day exchange policy (from the date you receive your order).
If you would like to return your unused curriculum
order, please follow these steps.
Visit the account page of our website: https://www.beyondthepage.com/account/
Under the Order History section, select the order you would like to return. If your order is eligible for a refund or
exchange, a link will be available to set up your return.
On the first page, please answer a few questions and then press “Continue.”
On the second page, please verify which items you will be sending back and then press “Continue.”
Print the return slip and include it in your return.
Follow all packing instructions to ensure a safe and speedy return.

Please know that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Packing Your Return
- All items must be received in new and resalable condition in order to qualify for a refund.
- Use a new box! Your old box will not survive a round trip.
- Pack science kits on top of books in order to avoid kits being crushed. Damaged kits will not qualify for a refund.
- Pack your order tightly in as small a box as possible. Be liberal in your use of packing materials. You should be able to shake your package with no shifting of contents.
- We recommend that you use UPS or Fedex for all orders over $200, pay for delivery confirmation, and write down your tracking number. Using USPS is not a good way to save money because the shipment is more likely to be damaged.
Refund and Return Policy for Online Curriculum
Before Student Activity Pages are Downloaded
/Online Curriculum is only eligibly for a refund within 30 days and an exchange within 90 days if the student activity pages have not been downloaded.
After Student Activity Pages are Downloaded
After student activity pages have been downloaded, that unit is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
